Day 1 London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur
Depart London Heathrow on Malaysian Airlines non-stop flight to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 2 Arrive Kuala Lumpur
Arrive Kuala Lumpur and on arrival proceed by car to the Regent Hotel.

Day 3 Kuala Lumpur
Today explore the city with a local guide covering the major historical landmarks of this interesting and contrasting city.

Day 4 Kuala Lumpur to Kuching - by air
Fly to Kuching and on arrival stay at the Kuching Hilton Hotel. Afternoon tour the town including Fort Margarita built by Raja Charles Brooke in the 1870s. Also visit the Sarawak Museum established in 1891 which houses a fine collection of flora and fauna together with the history and culture of the tribal people of Sarawak.

Day 5 Kuching to Batang Ai - 265kms
Leave in the morning for Serian a colourful market town, and following lunch at Lachau bazaar take a scenic longboat ride up the Lemanak River. Visit a typical longhouse village before returning down river to the jetty to transfer by road and boat to the Hilton Batang Ai Longhouse Resort, which is dramatically situated by a lake.

Day 6 Batang Ai
Today you will have the opportunity to enjoy a cool swim, fish or take a walk to experience the stimulating sights and sounds of the forest.

Day 7 Batang Ai to Kuching - 265kms
Retrace your journey back to Kuching and stay overnight at the Kuching Hilton.

Day 8 Kuching to Mulu National Park - by air
Today fly to Mulu and stay at the Royal Mulu Resort.

Day 9 Mulu
Full day sightseeing including the Wind, Clearwater, Deer and Lang Caves.

Day 10 Mulu to Kota Kinabalu - by air Fly to Kota Kinabalu.
On arrival proceed to the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort for two nights.

Day 11 Kinabalu National Park
A full day visit to Kinabalu Park. Situated 90kms from Kota Kinabalu, this is one of the most biologically diverse areas in the world. Return to your hotel in the afternoon.

Day 12 Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan - by air
Sandakan to Selingan Ð by boat
Fly to Sandakan and take a 45 minute boat ride by speedboat to Selingan Island. Remainder of day at leisure to relax, swim or snorkel on this beautiful island. In the evening wait for the ranger’s call to observe turtles laying their eggs. Stay overnight in a simple chalet.

Day 13 Selingan to Sukau - by boat
Return to Sandakan by boat and proceed to the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. From Sandakan it is a 2 hour journey by ferry along the Kinabatangan River to the Sukau Rainforest Lodge offering the opportunity to view along the way birds and wildlife in virgin mangrove, wetland and rain-forest habitats. Overnight at Sukau Rainforest Lodge.

Day 14 Sukau to Kota Kinabalu - by air
After breakfast return to Sandakan by boat to take a tour of the city before returning by air to Kota Kinabalu. On arrival stay at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort or stay at the Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort at Tuaran.

Day 15 & Day 16 Kota Kinabalu
At leisure.

Day 17 Kota Kinabalu to London Heathrow
Fly via Kuala Lumpur back to London Heathrow.

Day 18 Arrive London Heathrow
Arrive London Heathrow.
