Day 1 London to Bangkok
Depart London Heathrow on the Thai Airways flight overnight to Bangkok.
Day 2 Bangkok to Siem Reap – by air
Arrive Bangkok in the morning and connect with the flight to Siem
Reap. You will be met and transferred to the Tara Angkor Hotel for
three nights.
Rest of the day at leisure to rest and acclimatise.

Over the next two days explore the temple complex of Angkor one of
the most spectacular and revered religious sites in South East Asia.
The ancient capital of the Khmer empire, Angkor took over thirty years
to construct before it’s abandonment in 1431. Hidden in the
thick Cambodian jungle the complex was only rediscovered by the French
naturalist Henri Mouhot in 1860. (B)
Day 5 Siem Reap to Phnom Penh – by air
Morning in Siem Reap to explore the colourful markets or visit more
of the Angkor temple complex. Later transfer to Siem Reap airport
for the flight to Phnom Penh. You will be met and transferred to the
Juliana Hotel for two nights. (B)
Day 6 Phnom Penh
Today is spent sightseeing in the city. Places of interest include
the Royal Palace, built in 1866 by the French, the Silver Pagoda and
the National Museum which houses a good collection of Khymer archaeological,
religious and artistic artefacts from the 4th to 13th Centuries. There
is also an optional afternoon excursion to the Killing Fields and
Toul Sleng Museum. (B)
Day 7 Phnom Penh to Bangkok – by air
Morning transfer to Phnom Penh airport for the flight to Bangkok and
connect with Thai Airways flight to London, departing Bangkok in the
afternoon, arriving London Heathrow in the evening local time. (B)

Prices vary according to selected airlines, hotels and season, however, an indication to the current cost of this itinerary is from £1,810.00. All prices are per person and are based on a minimum of TWO persons travelling together and sharing a twin bedded room with meals as indicated. If you wish to travel alone we will be pleased to assist you with your arrangements and can provide a proposal on request.
