Covid-19 Travel Promise
We understand that the current uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 means that you may be worried to commit to making a new booking with Pettitts Travel. With this in mind, we have created the Pettitts Travel Covid-19 promise. Our travel promise is to provide you with security and reassurance that we will be as flexible as we can whilst continuing to be upfront and honest about the ever-changing situation.
Deposit
To make a booking we will ask for a low deposit from £100 per person. The only exception to this will be if an airline, cruise company or other supplier require a larger deposit. We will always advise you of the exact deposit at the time of quotation and will be as flexible as we can be.
Financial Protection
All travel inclusive holidays booked with Pettitts Travel are ATOL or ABTA protected.

Balance Payment
The balance of your holiday will be due between six and twelve weeks before departure where possible. Up until that point you are able to defer your holiday, rebook to a different destination or cancel. Both balance due dates and amendments are subject to the terms and conditions of any airline tickets or certain supplier arrangements which we will discuss with you in advance.
Before your departure
Following balance payment we will continue to monitor the situation in your chosen destination. In the event that your holiday destination is affected by FCDO advice that recommends against all but essential travel due to Covid-19 we will discuss with you whether you would like to defer your holiday or, instead, cancel and receive a refund.

We are on hand at every point in your holiday process, from planning to booking and travelling all the way through to your return. As travel specialists we will give you all the help and advice you need to make an informed decision when planning and booking your holiday. Covid-19 Testing
We have partnered with Confirm Testing to provide our clients with access to one of the most reliable PCR testing and Fit to Fly certificates on the market, already tried and tested by some of our team. We are also pleased to offer you an exclusive 10% discount when using Confirm Testing.
