Wildlife of the Shetland Islands
7 days from £2995 per person

The most northerly point of the United Kingdom, the Shetland Isles are a picturesque and remote archipelago of over one hundred islands. As close to Norway as they are the Scottish capital Edinburgh, Shetland islanders have a proud heritage, distinct cultural tradition and strong ties to their Scandinavian neighbours. Inhabited for thousands of years, there are a number of ancient archaeological remains dotted throughout the islands and its setting in the North Atlantic makes it an important haven for a diverse range of bird and marine life. Combining birdwatching, history and walking, this itinerary showcases the very best of Shetland.
