Brazil Wildlife Holidays
Brazil is defined by the Amazon Rainforest and has an incredible variety of animal and birdlife. Covering a huge swathe of the country, the Amazon is the largest tropical rainforest on the planet and most access the region in the north from the city of Manaus. Here vessels depart to explore the interior and jungle lodges are only a day’s journey away. It is also possible to explore the southern Amazon – a relatively undisturbed area that few visit. The wetlands of the Pantanal and Chapada dos Guimaraes National Park offer some of the finest wildlife viewing on the continent and support jaguar and tapir whilst beautiful Chapada Diamantina National Park offers excellent bird watching and trekking. All of our Brazil wildlife tours are unique and fully personalised.
