01892 515 966This vast and mesmerising country is home to some of the most geologically spectacular national parks in the world. However, it is the panda – an animal indelibly linked to China – which draws travellers back to the country time and time again. Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan, is the best base from which to see panda with the leading Panda Breeding Centre located here whilst the excellent China Conservation and Research Centre for the Giant Panda is a short drive from the city. Further to the south of China, the Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve is home to over 100 endangered species including the endangered Indochinese tiger, leopard, white-cheeked gibbon and wild Asian elephant. We have over 25 years’ experience planning China wildlife tours.
